Our shipping fees are calculated to ensure your packages arrive safely and securely. We do not ship outside of the EU - please look on our Retailer page for a shop near you. 


Small to medium packages are 7.50 - 35 Euro.

Large and Special care are up to 50 Euro.


Small to medium packages are 12.50 - 35 Euro.

Large and Special care are 50-60 Euro.

Any extra custom charges by your local tax authorities will need to be paid by you separately. 
We hold most items in stock but because we use local and smaller manufacturers it will sometimes take longer. 2-4 weeks on most products. We will email you and let you know if this is different for your purchase. 



Small packages

SWEDISH NINJA  uses DHL EXPRESS as the standard delivery service for parcel shipments. Once your order is shipped, DHL will send a tracking link by email and/or text message, depending on the country of delivery. Please check the DHL website here for further details.

DHL will make three delivery attempts to the provided address. After three attempts, the parcel will be available for collection at the nearest DHL pick up point. It will remain available for 10 days before being sent back to the warehouse. Please note that in such a case, you need to contact us at: info@swedishninja.com to arrange a re-delivery and an extra delivery cost might apply. 


Larger and special items

We mainly use DHL as the Freight forwarder. The service includes a standard to your door delivery. To your door delivery means that the courier will deliver your item(s) to the door of your specified delivery address. This service does not include removal of packaging, assembly or setup of your item(s).

Our delivery partner will contact you before the delivery to propose a delivery date and time frame with an option to reschedule this if the time is inconvenient. If you happen to not be at home at the agreed time of delivery, your item might be returned to the warehouse. In that case, you need to contact us to arrange a re-delivery. An extra delivery cost at the rate originally paid will occur. 


Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from SWEDISH NINJA.
Once you have received your delivery, please inspect the product(s) and inform us within 5 days of delivery if anything is missing or has been damaged in transit. We will refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. The original box for the product needs to be saved to be able to claim the product. Please contact our customer team for more info on how to proceed at info@swedishninja.com

If you are not happy with your item, you may return your non-damaged and unused SWEDISH NINJA purchase in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item. Please contact our customer team for more info on how to proceed at info@swedishninja.com
